Do you have a local store?
No, we currently do not have a local store. You can only order Translator Products online.

When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship between 24-48 hours from our warehouse. During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, please allow 3-5 days for an order to ship. Depending on your location, it will take anywhere from 1-5 days to ship UPS Ground.
* If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select FedEx 2 Day, OR FedEx 1 Day, to ensure delivery on a specific date.
Orders made with priority shipping usually will leave the same business day, if ordered by 12 noon, EST.

How many days does it take to ship UPS Ground?
Depending on your location, it will take anywhere from 1-5 days to ship UPS Ground.

What shipping carrier do you use?
TheTranslatorStore.com uses UPS ground, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx 1 Day to ship our products from our warehouse in Long Island City, NY.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Items shipped to Nevada are subject to a 8.10% sales tax, added to the order total. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

How can I check my order status?
You should receive an order status update when your order is received. You can also check the status of your order by clicking on Track Your Order in the upper right corner of the website.  If you have any further questions, please contact us via the contact form.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. We also accept cashier’s checks or money orders. In the event you use a cashier’s check or money order, please make payable to TheTranslatorStore.com and send to:

All orders by cashier's check or money orders will be sent upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery for this option.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes.  Please email item you are interested in along with the ship to address via the contact form.  We will send you a quote on the shipping charge.  If you are interested in purchasing, we will send you an invoice via PayPal that you can pay.  PayPal will let you send funds from your bank account, credit card or through your PayPal account if you already have one.

Can I change an order once it’s placed?
We cannot change an order once it’s been printed in our warehouse. We can cancel the order for you, providing it has not shipped yet, and you may remake the order with appropriate changes.

What location do the products get shipped from?
TheTranslatorStore.com uses UPS ground, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx 1 Day to ship our products from our warehouse in Long Island City, NY.

Can I get my tracking number?
Once we process your order, the shipment tracking number for UPS ground shipments is sent to you via email. Please allow approximately 24 hours before tracking your package.

What if my product is out of stock?
Our U.S. warehouse keeps a constant inventory. However, in the event an item you purchased is back ordered or out of stock, we will notify you via email. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item. You may choose to wait for your back ordered item, select a different item, or cancel your order at that time.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Goods purchased from us can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage to hardware or software as the result of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any other party. All items returned for replacement or refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee, and goods are shipped by customers at their own expense. Software products are not refundable. Please note that we are currently unable to accept returns of merchandise without its original packaging and accessories, or items returned later than 7 days after delivery. to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return or exchange. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number. Include the authorization number with your return on the outside of the box, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal Service when returning goods.

Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced in a timely manner with no additional expenses to you. If you have questions, please contact us via the contact form.


We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received. Please allow up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

You shipped me the wrong item, what do I do?
If we made a mistake with your order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us via the contact form.
We will do our best to correct the problem quickly.

The item I received is damaged, what do I do?
Although very rare, if you receive an item that's damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please hang on to the damaged item and the original packaging material and contact us immediately via the contact form.
We will do our best to correct the problem quickly.

Do you have a warranty?
Manufacturer warrants to the end user that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales receipt. If any defect occurs, the user must return the product either to us or directly to manufacturer. Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party.

Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade, or course of dealing. This warranty applies only to actual product and does not include batteries etc. Any damages caused by batteries are not covered by this warranty. Neither manufacturer nor we shall have any liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or they are otherwise foreseeable. We are also not responsible for claims by a third party. Manufacturer’s maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product as evidenced by your purchase receipt. If the laws of the relevant jurisdiction do not permit full waiver of implied warranties, then the duration of implied warranties and conditions are limited to the duration of the express warranty granted herein.
